Coming up with the perfect gift can be a daunting and time-consuming process, particularly when one is celebrating several occasions with the same recipient year after year.  The Gift Concierge uses your input – your intimate knowledge of the recipient, the background of your relationship and what you hope to express with each gift - as inspiration that enables us to craft a personal, customized gift idea. 

An initial phone consultation is followed up with in-depth research resulting in 2 unique gift recommendations.  Once a gift has been decided on, the execution, whether that involves the selection and delivery of a tangible item or further exploration into an experience and finalizing the details, is handled by The Gift Concierge to take all of the pressure and work off of your hands.  

Given our extensive network and relationships, we are often able to secure gifts and experiences at a discounted price.

 

Lori is an experienced gift consultant who has spent years advising family, friends, colleagues and business associates on how best to go about gifting for a special occasion.  After repeatedly being asked by others for help formulating fresh, notable, personal gift ideas, she decided to turn her knack for coming up with exceptional gift ideas into a business.   

Prior to becoming a professional gift concierge, Lori was a public relations executive and talent manager.   Her people and organizational skills along with her persistence and keen ability to negotiate on behalf of her clients have contributed greatly to her success.  

Lori is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
